I received a text from one of my customers/friends the other morning. They had a blowout on the way to work after running over a huge pothole on the highway. Just the frustration of being late to work was enough, but now the entire morning was taking a detour.
Before texting me, they called their insurance company and asked for roadside assistance – excellent! No hassle and not a long wait either! It’s times like that I am so thankful to be an insurance agent. Bringing some good news to a less than ideal situation. The car was towed to the nearest tire center of their choice at no charge. Not a bad recovery of an unexpected morning!
