Where is your service available?
Our office is in Grapevine, Texas, but we serve clients anywhere in Texas. Most of our work is done by phone, email, or text, so you’ll get the same personal service whether you live down the street or across the state.
What is an independent insurance agency?
An independent insurance agency works with multiple insurance companies instead of just one. Because we’re independent, we can shop your coverage with several top-rated carriers, including Progressive, Travelers, and Liberty Mutual. Our job is to find the right coverage at the best price for you.
If your rates go up at renewal or you have a life change, like buying a new home or adding a teen driver, we can shop your policy again without you having to start over with a new agent.
Is there a fee for quotes or your service?
We never charge for quotes. We don’t do pressure sales and there’s no obligation to purchase.
In most cases, we don’t charge any fees. We’re paid a commission by the insurance company you choose, so shopping and comparing quotes costs you nothing. For a small number of policies, such as certain commercial policies or a standalone renters policy, we may charge a small service fee. If a fee applies, we’ll always tell you upfront before you buy, so there are no surprises.
