As an Independent Agent we offer choice, provide a high level of service and are local to your community. But what does that really mean? Can’t other agents say the same thing about their business? Here is how we are different:

Choice

As an independent agent, we offer a choice of multiple insurance carriers and coverage. Our main focus is to find the insurance coverage that best serves your unique needs at the right price. We want to continue to show how we earn your trust through our regular communication, personal relationships, and community involvement. We want you be a part of our agency and join us in having some fun!

Service

To us, service means you will know who our staff members are – and not just the usual run of the mill insurance stuff. You will know about them as people and we want to know the same about you. So when you call you will know who you are talking to! We will also be available in the event of a claim. We are committed to making sure the process is as smooth and painless as possible.

Local

When most people say they are local, they mean they have an office in your community. While that is true of us, when we say we are local we mean we are a part of your community. We believe that if we put our time and money where it matters the most we all benefit. About Neighbor's Choice

When we think about insurance, we think about the people we serve. As one of Grapevine’s longest running independent insurance agencies, we have worked with our clients through many life stages. First cars and first homes, as well as working with clients into retirement. From not so stellar driving records to obtaining the 5 year clean driving discount.

Neighbor’s Choice Insurance is a 2nd generation agency. We are committed to maintaining our agency’s core values started back in 1991 by founder, Brian Wayland. Back then, the agency was started with 3 things in mind:

1. Care for each individual client
2. Connect with and support our community
3. Have fun along the way

Back when we first started, there were few agencies like us – many of the insurance agencies only offered one type of policy and represented only one company. Not us! From the beginning we have been independent – which allows us to choose the best company and policy depending on individual circumstances. The freedom of choice has benefitted our business, but most importantly the people we serve.

When someone works with us, they get great companies to protect what matters to them as well as the personal service that comes with a local agent. Price increase? No problem, we have other options. Easy peasy!
