SMS Terms

1. Program Description
Neighbor’s Choice Insurance Agency, Inc. (TDI Agency License No. 1630190) offers text messaging so customers and prospective customers can communicate with our agents by text at (817) 421-8866.
Texts you may receive include:
- Replies to questions you text or send us
- Quote follow-ups and requests for information needed to complete a quote
- Policy service messages, such as renewal reminders, document requests, payment reminders, and claim updates
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Occasional offers to review or re-shop your coverage, only if you have agreed to receive marketing texts
2. How You Opt In
You agree to receive text messages from us when you:
- Text us first at (817) 421-8866
- Provide your mobile number and check the text consent box on a quote, contact, or policy upload form on our website
- Give us verbal or written permission to text you, for example during a call or in person
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or are authorized to use it.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. We will only send marketing texts if you have separately agreed to receive them.
3. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your requests and your policy activity. Most customers receive a few messages per month or fewer.
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
4. Opting Out and Getting Help
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your insurance policy or affect your coverage. We will continue to reach you by phone, email, or mail for policy matters.

5. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share your information with service providers that help us operate our text messaging service, such as our messaging platform, and with insurance companies as needed to quote or service your policy. These parties may use it only to provide those services.

Please do not text us Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers.
6. Other Terms
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so please do not rely on text messages for time-sensitive matters such as reporting a claim or confirming coverage.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messages.
Changes. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
