Terms of Use
Effective date: October 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of neighborschoiceins.com (the “Site”), operated by Neighbor’s Choice Insurance Agency, Inc. (“Neighbor’s Choice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote or submit information through the Site.
2. About Us
Neighbor’s Choice Insurance Agency, Inc. is an independent insurance agency licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), Agency License No. 1630190. We are located at 431 E Northwest Hwy, Grapevine, TX 76051.
As an independent agency, we work with multiple insurance companies. We are not an insurance company, and we do not issue policies, set rates, or pay claims. Those decisions are made by the insurance company that issues your policy.
Our services are offered only to residents of Texas and for property located in Texas. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell insurance in any state where we are not licensed.
3. General Information Only
The content on the Site, including coverage descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, and guides, is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or personalized insurance advice.
Coverage descriptions on the Site are simplified summaries. Your actual coverage is determined only by the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in the policy issued by the insurance company. If anything on the Site conflicts with your policy, your policy controls.
Coverage, discounts, and availability vary by insurance company and are subject to underwriting approval. Not every product or discount described on the Site is available from every company or to every customer. Please speak with one of our licensed agents about your specific needs.
4. Quotes and Coverage
Submitting information through the Site does not bind coverage. No insurance coverage is in effect, and no change to an existing policy is made, until a licensed Neighbor’s Choice agent confirms it to you in writing and any required payment is received by the insurance company.
Do not cancel an existing policy until you have written confirmation that your new coverage is in effect.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and on information obtained from third-party sources, such as driving records, claims history, and credit-based insurance scores where permitted by law. Final premiums are set by the insurance company and may change after underwriting review. We do not guarantee that any quote will be accepted or that coverage will be issued.
Our quoting service is free. We are typically paid a commission by the insurance company you choose. For certain policies we may charge a service fee, and we will always disclose any fee to you before you buy.
5. Information You Submit
When you request a quote, upload a policy, schedule a call, or contact us, you agree that:
- The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and you are authorized to provide it, including information about other drivers, household members, or property owners.
- Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in an incorrect quote, a change in premium, denial of a claim, or cancellation of a policy by the insurance company.
- We may share your information with insurance companies and service providers to prepare quotes, place coverage, and service your policy, as described in our Privacy Statement.
Communications. By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your quote, policy, or request. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for details.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers through the Site’s general contact forms or by email.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site uses third-party services, including an online quoting platform, a scheduling tool, review widgets, analytics, and links to insurance company websites for payments and claims. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or security of third-party websites or services. A link to another site does not mean we endorse it. Insurance company names and logos on the Site belong to their owners and are shown only to identify companies we work with; their display does not mean those companies endorse Neighbor’s Choice.
7. Payments and Claims
Premium payments are made directly to the insurance company that issued your policy. Links on our Make a Payment page take you to the insurance company’s website. We are not responsible for payment errors, delays, or late fees on third-party payment systems, so please confirm your payment with the insurance company.
Claims are handled and decided by the insurance company. Information on our Report a Claim page is provided for convenience. Contacting us does not by itself report a claim to your insurance company. To avoid delays, report claims directly to your insurance company as soon as possible, and contact us if you would like help.
8. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Neighbor’s Choice or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or distribute it without our written permission.
You agree not to:
- Submit false information or information about another person without their authorization
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Upload viruses or other harmful code, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect content or submit requests
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Rates, products, and insurance company information may change without notice.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neighbor’s Choice and its owners, agents, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This section limits liability only for use of the Site. It does not limit any duties we owe you as your licensed insurance agent under Texas law.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neighbor’s Choice from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your submission of false or unauthorized information.
10. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
