Where is your service available?
Our office is in Grapevine, Texas, but we serve clients anywhere in Texas. Most of our work is done by phone, email, or text, so you’ll get the same personal service whether you live down the street or across the state.
What is an independent insurance agency?
An independent insurance agency works with multiple insurance companies instead of just one. Because we’re independent, we can shop your coverage with several top-rated carriers, including Progressive, Travelers, and Liberty Mutual. Our job is to find the right coverage at the best price for you.
If your rates go up at renewal or you have a life change, like buying a new home or adding a teen driver, we can shop your policy again without you having to start over with a new agent.
Is there a fee for quotes or your service?
We never charge for quotes. We don’t do pressure sales and there’s no obligation to purchase.
For most home policies, there’s no fee. We’re paid a commission by the insurance company you choose. The only exceptions are standalone vacant dwelling and standalone renters policies. In that case, a one-time $75 application fee applies when your policy is issued. You can avoid it by adding an auto insurance policy, and we’ll always go over any fee with you before you buy.
Why buy through an agency instead of directly from GEICO or Progressive?
When you go directly to an insurance company, you only see that company’s price, so getting several quotes means filling out form after form. We quote multiple top-rated companies for you, including some of the same names you’d find online, and can show you your options side by side.
